Christina’s vast experience over the last three decades in wellness coaching, coach training & mentoring, positive psychology, lifestyle medicine and learning design positioned her well as an internationally known wellness coach, continuing education provider, and an industry speaker. Her live and online offerings fulfill the learning needs of wellness and health coaches in many areas:

The path to Wellness Coaching
Christina completed her PhD in Mind-Body Medicine and Integrative & Functional Nutrition from Saybrook University. She earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Adult Education, & Instructional Design from The Ohio State University.
In 2000, Christina started her Wellness Coaching practice and has since served in this role by partnering with healthcare practitioners and coaches at all levels. She serves as a wellness coach trainer, mentor and practical examiner for Wellcoaches (https://www.wellcoachesschool.com) , The National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching, (https://nbhwc.org), and The International Coach Federation, (https://coachfederation.org). Christina is a Continuing Education (CE) provider for the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching (NBC-HWC) and she is an adjunct faculty member for several universities.
In fact, Christina served for four years on the assessment question writing team that created the national board certification exam for health & wellness coaching with the National Board of Medical Examiners. Christina is also a MCC, Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation (https://coachingfederation.org) and a BCC, Board Certified Coach.
Christina also has vast experience working in a large-scale hospital system. For nearly two decades, Christina has worked with OhioHealth Hospital System in Columbus, Ohio as a Wellness Champion and Learning Business Consultant.
On a personal note
Christina is the mom of three adult daughters and one son, and she’s the proud grandmother, “GiGi,” of her darling granddaughter! She lives with her husband and family, and their 5 lb. Papillon named Cocoa, in Powell, Ohio, but they spend much time in Miami Beach with Christina’s parents who are snowbirds, especially during the winter months.
